Smoked Kipper, Avocado & Teriyaki Futomaki

Ingredients

Sushi Rice

  • 200g x short grain rice (uncooked)
  • 1 x cup of cold water (roughly an inch of water above the rice surface)
  • 50ml/ 4 tbsp x Sushi vinegar seasoning Futomaki filling
  • 2 x Cooked smoked kippers fillets (panfried in a knob of butter, or grill)
  • 1 x large avocado, sliced into medium, thick strips
  • Black sesame seeds for sprinkling
  • Teriyaki sauce to drizzle Accompaniments
  • Pickled ginger
  • Wasabi paste (horseradish dyed green)
