Ingredients
Sushi Rice
- 200g x short grain rice (uncooked)
- 1 x cup of cold water (roughly an inch of water above the rice surface)
- 50ml/ 4 tbsp x Sushi vinegar seasoning Futomaki filling
- 2 x Cooked smoked kippers fillets (panfried in a knob of butter, or grill)
- 1 x large avocado, sliced into medium, thick strips
- Black sesame seeds for sprinkling
- Teriyaki sauce to drizzle Accompaniments
- Pickled ginger
- Wasabi paste (horseradish dyed green)
